General Question

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached. Refunds or exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use it on the courier’s website to check your delivery status anytime.

Orders can be canceled or updated within 12 hours of placing them. After shipping, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
