ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Products may be eligible for return when:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery
• Unused and in original condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Returned with original packaging where applicable

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following products are generally non-returnable:

• Custom manufactured products
• Special-order items
• Cut-to-length wire rope
• Fabricated lifting slings
• Products supplied to customer specifications
• Used or damaged products

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Customers must notify Heavy Tools promptly if a manufacturing defect is discovered.

Heavy Tools reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all reported defects before approving replacement, repair, or refund.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds may be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

EXCHANGES

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability and technical suitability.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error attributable to Heavy Tools.
