US Type Electric Galvanized Jaw & Eye Turnbuckle
The US Type Electric Galvanized Jaw & Eye
Turnbuckle is a heavy-duty adjustable tensioning
component designed for controlled adjustment of tension
and length in wire rope, cable, structural bracing and
industrial tensioning systems.
It features a clevis jaw connection at one end
and a closed eye connection at the opposite end,
providing a secure pin connection to compatible pad eyes,
eye bolts, shackles and other suitable attachment points.

Load Testing
The turnbuckles are rated according to the
Working Load Limits shown in the specification table.
- Proof Load: 2.5 times the Working Load Limit.
- Safety Factor: 5:1 safety factor.
- Fatigue Testing: 1.5 times the Working Load Limit.
- Breaking Load: 5 times the Working Load Limit, based on the stated design factor.
